    Yes, only if contact is made prior to order and mutual commitment is made for 20 minutes delivery.
  • 2. How can a buyer access the complexity of the file and which package to select?
    Buyer is requested to please attach the file and let me assess the file. I will assign appropriate package to order.
  • 3. What software do you use for vector design?
    We use Wilcom, Adobe Illustrator CC 19.1.0 and CorelDraw.
  • 4. what forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept all the payments methods that are present in almost all over the world. These methods include Visa Card, Master card, PayPal and 2checkout.
  • 5. how will I receive my order?
    You will place the order on our portal and after the design is made we will send you the source file on that portal or your email address.
  • 1. Is it necessary to know the Font Style used in the file?
    It is recommended to mention the Font used in the logo/image (if any) while you are ordering. However, if the font is not known and it too complex to trace, I will use similar font.
  • 2. Why you digitize from us?
    All our work is manually digitized and all care is taken on every design to production professional standard. No auto digitizing is used.
  • 3. If order is complete what should I have to do to ask for change or fixing of problem?

  • 4. what is better printing or embroidery?
    If you are looking for a promotional item for an event, printing will be the cheaper option. However, if you are looking for garments which are more durable and will endure machine washing and drying then embroidery will be the better option. This is generally a little bit more expensive in comparison to printing, however it often provides a more professional looking finish that is much more durable and resistant than printing or transfer designs.
